STEMfems and Ms. Story
I have designed 7 lesson plans offered to educators for FREE. The lesson plans are geared towards students in grades 3-5 and focus on women in History and STEM. Each lesson plan includes a guidebook for the teacher and a series of worksheets for the students. A sample of one lesson plan can be viewed below. Exhibit Design
Rise Up, Sisters!
In partnership with the Connecticut Historical Society and CT Humanities, I had the pleasure of designing a six-panel freestanding exhibit celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment and chronicling the Women's Suffrage Movement in Connecticut. Two sets of this exhibit were created to maximize it's viewing potential across the state. It has been viewed by thousands of people and has been on display from the State Capitol to corporations and local libraries.
